Could you clarify a question re ownership of a property prior to receiving title deeds.Apparently different Land registeries have a different interpretation of the law-Paralimni Land RegisteryOffice interprets the word 'owner as being 'registered owner"and as such it will not accept the registrationof a Management Committeeunless those in the complex have their title deeds. We are living in a complex in Oroklini and have a management committee. We are having problems re collection of monies. However we have been advised that the committee will not be recognised in law untill we have received our title deeds and that the developer is responsilble for the management of the complex until then.
We are quite confused.
