Louise Zambartas – Head of Private Client Dept
Louise holds an LLB (Hons) in Law from Birmingham University. She passed the Law Society Finals in Newcastle and was admitted as a Solicitor of England and Wales in 1991. She was granted a Cyprus Bar License in 2004. She has previously worked at Varley Hibbs and Co Solicitors, Martineau Johnson Solicitors and Wright Hassell and Co Solicitors in the UK. She established the Law Offices of Louise Zambartas when she relocated permanently to Cyprus.

Katia Tsangaris – Private Client Lawyer

Katia holds an LLB (Hons) Law from the University of Leicester and an MA in European Legal Studies from the University of Leeds. Katia was admitted as a Cyprus Lawyer in 2001. She has previously worked at Nicos Anastasiades and Partners, where she was dealing with Corporate Law, Family Law, Property Law and Litigation (Bank claims). She was Assistant Managing Director at Danae Industry Limited in Cyprus.

Marianna Lamari - Litigation Lawyer

Marianna holds an LLB (Hons) and an LLM in Corporate Law from the University of Bristol. Marianna was admitted as to the Cyprus Bar Association in 2002. She has previously worked at Andreas Georghadjis & Co where she was dealing with Litigation in the areas of Admiralty, Banking, Probate and Family amongst others, Corporate Law and Property Law and at KPMG as a legal advisor dealing with Corporate Law.

Sonia Ajini - Shipping and Corporate Law Legal Consultant

Sonia joined L.G. Zambartas LLC in February 2010. After studying Slovak Law at the University of Matej Bel of Slovakia where she obtained a Masters Degree in Law, she moved to Cyprus in 2003. In 2004 she completed a Doctorate Degree in International Law at the aforesaid university. She was working for a Cypriot shipowning and shipmanagement company and for an international maritime consultancy company, where she gained experience in various aspects of maritime law and the shipping industry. She also passed the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers exams in 2005. In 2007 she also successfully completed a postgraduate Diploma in Maritime Law at the London Metropolitan University. She speaks Slovak, English and Czech and holds Slovakian nationality.
